How do I find the parts I want on Go Parts Direct?

Go Parts Direct has a simple to use, yet very powerful search function. Simply enter our ‘browse catalogue’ section to view our parts or ‘log-in’ using your registration details. You can now search for parts by brand and model (eg Ford Fiesta), or click on ‘vehicle/article search’ to search by part number (including OE and competitor numbers), or, for registered customers, we even offer a registration search function where you simply enter the reg of the car (eg 03D123456) and you will automatically be told the make, model, variant.

Within our catalogue, the ‘simplified search’ page is the traditional brand search function where you can search by make and model for the parts you require. The ‘vehicle/article search’ page is where you can search the catalogue in more detail – by registration, by part number or by equivalent OE part number, as well as a more advanced make and model search allowing you to narrow down results based on fuel type or engine capacity should you be unsure of which variants you require.

How do I order parts from Go Parts Direct?

To purchase from us, you must be a registered user. If you already have user details, simply enter them by clicking on the ‘log-in’ button on our homepage. If you do not yet have user details, click on the ‘register’ button and apply to become a registered customer. Once logged in, Search for the Parts you require then click to add them to your Shopping Cart. Once you have added everything you require, click into your ’Cart’ where you can proceed to our secure payment module to pay for your goods and receive them the next working day.

How do I pay for parts on Go Parts Direct?

Once at the checkout, simply enter you credit/debit card details to pay for the goods. All details are encrypted using SSL technology for added security.

Why do I need to be a Registered Customer?

While all visitors to our site can use our general search facilities, only Registered Customers may actually purchase parts from us. This is for a number of reasons including increased security as only registered and approved customers can transact with us. In addition, as Go Parts Direct is a Trade-Only site, we would like to ensure that all those who transact with us are in the Irish Motor Trade.

Are Prices Inclusive or Exclusive of VAT?

All prices quoted in our catalogue are now exclusive of VAT. On ordering from us, your initial confirmation email will be followed up with a more detailed email which acts as both your invoice and VAT receipt.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us should you wish to cancel an order. You must contact us as soon as possible as orders are processed for next working day delivery.

How are the goods delivered?

All orders will be processed and delivered by midday on the next working day after your order has been placed. Our cut-off time for next working day delivery is 5pm – any orders made after this time will be processed with the next days orders. Goods are delivered by Courier to the specified address. It is your responsibility to ensure there is someone present who can sign for and accept the goods.

What if a part I require is out of stock?

One of the key ways in which Go Parts Direct differs from our competitors is that everything we sell is in stock as we only stock and supply fast-moving routine service and repair parts for volume European and Asian models. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible advising you of the expected delivery date at which point you can accept this new delivery date or request that the order be cancelled.

Do the parts come with a warranty?

All parts sold by Go Parts Direct come with a manufacturers’ warranty. Should any part become faulty during the warranty period you must return the parts to us directly. For additional details, please see our terms and conditions.

What Types of Autoparts do Go Parts Direct Sell?

Go Parts Direct sell parts that are of matching quality to original equipment parts. Our parts meet all required EU safety standards and are all new, we do not sell second hand or reconditioned parts. We concentrate on fast-moving standard service part lines such as Oil Filters, Air Filters, Cabin Filters, Fuel Filters, Wipers, Brakes, Suspension, Ignition, Wheel Bearings, Cluth, C.V.
