Returns Policy

Before returning anything to us you must first contact us directly to get a returns authorisation number, please email support@gopartsdirect.ie for an authorisation number, or telephone 00353 1 4092455, Anything returned to us without an authorisation number will not be refunded or processed. Please note that this returns policy does not apply to faulty or damaged goods – for further information on faulty or damaged goods, please see the terms and conditions

 Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore should you wish to return Goods to us, return them to Go Parts Direct, Carriglea Industrial Estate, Naas Road, Dublin 12, after having received the relevant authorisation, in their original condition within 2 working days of delivery and, provided that the items are in a fully resalable condition, we will issue you with a refund of the cost of the parts. Resalable condition means that they must be returned in their unmarked original packaging and must be fit for resale.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. All items returned must be accompanied by the supplying invoice or another proof of purchase. Please ensure that Goods are securely packaged to avoid damage. If Goods are damaged in transit we reserve the right to make a claim against the customer for this damage.

In the event where we have despatched an incorrect or damaged item we will, where applicable, despatch a replacement item. In this instance you will be billed for the replacement item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item once it is returned to us as described above. In this case we will provide a full order refund (including the outgoing +incoming delivery charges). We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us where you have ordered an incorrect item and any replacement of such an incorrect item may be subject to a 15% restocking charge  with a minimum charge of €10.

Please note that we will not accept any returns after the 2 day period has expired.
Please note the following items will not be accepted for return:

  • Opened blister packs
  • Opened bulbs
  • Any correctly supplied electronic engine components including sensors, ignition coils and airflow meters.
